The most recent social event at a popular Bristol golf club was certainly “on par.

The social committee of Henbury Golf Club choose 1st call murder mystery to present a fun interactive evening where there was more than a few red herrings on the menu.

The club’s members were invited to the grand schoolreunion of Mopton Brayside 1937.

A chance to meet up with teachers old and new.

However the fun proceedings were soon interrupted with a ghastly death or two !

Fortunately the clubs assembled super sleuths together with P.C bailey managed to work out whodunnit how and why
leaving everyone safe and well and able to attend the next Bristol 1st call murder mystery outing.

The Mansion House Murder Mystery in Bristol

Mansion House, the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Bristol, was a scene of murder and mayhem on the weekend. No cause for alarm as this was the chosen setting for an evening of 1st call murder mystery entertainment.

Mansion House Murder Mystery BristolColette was celebrating a special birthday and likes “everything horror” so choose 1st call to present their “Halloween Horrors”for herself and her birthday guests.

Everyone dressed “down” for the occasion and the dinning room was impressively themed in a very spooky manner.

There can be no doubt that all the assembled party guests enjoyed the “delicious menu of murder” and the fact that
after much detection the murdered was eventually caught.

Fowl Play and Fine Dining at Famous Bristol Football Stadium

There was fowl play on the weekend at Bristol’s Ashton gate. This was not anything that occurred on the football pitch but the famous Bristol venue hosting its first ever murder mystery night!

Would-be super sleuths chose this alternative to a romantic Valentines meal and travelled back in time to 1929 to attend the Valentines Massacre.

`This dinner was attended by some very dubious characters including rival London gang leaders, Victor Valentine and Robert (Bugsy) Moran. Also in attendance was Michael (the Mauler) Merchant and Harriet (Hands) Hanley.

Fine dining was the last thing on their minds and before long there had been a ghastly murder or two!

Fortunately P.C Bailey was on hand for crowd control and eventually (which a little help) was able to work out the murderer in the room. Thus allowing the guests to make their way home safely, after an evening of fowl play and delicious dining.

Super Sleuths solve at Stadium

The venerable Ashton Gate Stadium was the venue. Home to Bristol City Football Club.

A team of Lloyds Bank employees were turned into Poirot’s, Holmes’s and Bergeracs as 1st Call Murder Mystery took them back to the 1960’s to solve a mysterious murder.

 

Whilst overlooking the pitch the 180 delegates were led by Detective Dicky Ticker and MI5’s Mother to help solve who did it?…how?…and why?

A priceless family heirloom has been stolen from the manor house. A frightening looking character has been spotted running around the local graveyard. The local bell ringers for some unexplained reason are are ringing out of tune oh and a dead body has been found
in the local graveyard above a grave!
There was no need for real concern as this was all part of the plot for the 1st call murder mysteries staged on the weekend at the Bristol Hippodrome.
The city centre venue is of course best known for presenting big touring shows and famous names but it now regularly offers fun interactive murder mystery nights in it’s intimate Bistro and Piano Bar.
Guests are invited to solve a murder(or two) while enjoying a sumptuous three course meal.

Bristol murder mystery dinner hosts super sleuths on steam ship

Bristol Murder Mystery Dinner. Bristol’s most famous and historic venue played host to an evening of murder mystery mayhem on the weekend. The S.S Great Britain together with 1st call murder mystery transported its super sleuth guests back in time to 1937. The occasion was to attend the summer parish council meeting of nearby village Prinkton on Sea. The Coronation was  around the corner therefore it was meant to be an evening of celebration. This included the renaming of the village pub to something that sounds more royal. The meeting was also to discuss the new cricket pitch.
However one of the VIP guests had “murder in mind” and before long there had been two ghastly deaths.
Fortunately super sleuth Miss Mapletree was on hand and the murdered was finally caught. 1st call murder mystery return to this hugely popular Bristol venue on
the 29th November.

Bungling Bottom botches bloody end in Bristol

Bristol Murder Mystery Mayhem.
The peace and tranquillity of a luxury retirement village in Bristol was “shattered” on Saturday night by not one but two heinous murders!
No need for alarm as this was just part of a classic ‘whodunnit’ evening being presented by locally based 1st Call murder mystery.
The location was Audley Redwood retirement village in Beggar Bush Lane just moments from the city of Bristol.
The impressive buildings are set amongst 15 acres of stunning landscaped parkland. The home owners were invited to attend  the “Last night party in England” before setting off abroad on an adventurous Safari.
Although there was two dastardly deaths, Inspector Bottom was finally able to identify the culprit before the delicious dessert course was served, so not all was lost.

“Cosy” Bristol Murder Mystery Event

A “Cosy” night of murder mystery whodunnit was served up last weekend at one of Bristol’s most popular dining and lounge venues, The Cosy Club in bustling Corn Street, Bristol.

This relaxing and atmospheric venue welcomed a private Bristol group who were entertained by locally based 1st call murder mystery.

The occasion was the “Last night party in England ” before guests embarked on an exciting Safari to the Valley of the Kings organised by Lady Agatha Plantagenet and her assistant the Rev Titus Jennings.

Before the venues staff could serve all the sumptuous food there was a murder or two but fortunately with “much” help from the assembled guests the culprit was eventually caught by P.C Bailey.

An enchanting four star boutique venue set in rolling English countryside might not at first sound like the likely setting for murder but at Doubletree Hilton Cadbury House, it regularly is!

The popular Somerset hotel offers regular evenings of murder presented by South West based 1st call murder mystery.

Recent dates have completely sold out so the venue has now added some additional dates to the 2019 diary.

Each evening offers a drinks reception and scrumptious three course meal while 1st call murder mystery’s team of actors perform one their many fun interactive storylines.

Guests are encouraged to dress for a particular occasion as they are transported back in time most often to the stylish 1930’s.
